    Can someone please tell me what brand of bike this is so I can try and source parts for it ? It's electric start and kick chock is on the handle bats but is broken and it is a 125 cc 4 gears clutch ? Cheers Kurt.

    Well i have pulled the head off put new rings and piston on it. bore is fine, but i noticed the valves are closed at tdc. is this correct or are they meant to be open ? Correct me if i'm wrong ?

    Ok no worries that might explain the cam chain being out but what about the t on the fly wheel not lining up ? The valves still need to be done should i just do it at this point on the fly wheel ? The valves are supper loose on this point. cheers, Kurt

    I dont no if they have ever been changed i bought it like that and i did what you said and it still wont line up with the t and even if i try and sit it on the t it just flicks back to the f ?

    No matter how many times i spin the fly wheel t to get it at 12 'o' clock it is always at by like 5 past 12 and the cam sprocket is off about 3 teeth and the key way is fine so whats going on ? Should i just buy a new head ? Cheers, Kurt

    Alright will do thanks mate if i pull it down tomorrow i will try and take a photo of the score and show you . I was thinking of the diy hone but it will nearly cost me the same to buy a new bore but i would say i would use the hone more then once so hard decision lol but i should work it out...

    Yea new head well i just wanna fix it cheap but if i can hone it cheap i will or if i can get a new bore cheap enough i will rather then go big bore. So with what i said its doing what wiuld you do ? Cheers, Kurt

    Hey dustyfork thanks for your suggestion . I will check that tomorrow but i think i might just throw a new set of rings and maybe a piston to save the mucking around but the bore is what im worried about because that has a pretty bad score/gauge so im thinking it might maybe it might need a hoen...

    Success i got it running purchased a brand new head didnt wanna muck around with a second hand one it runs now and idles but at high revs and the idle wont screw out any more and it is also blowing a hole lot of smoke then adjusted the air ratio but still heaps of smoke checked the bore and...

    Well this is where i am at , no matter how many times a spin the fly wheel t dose not line up with the notch on the case the closes i have got ut is on the f on the fly wheel lining up with the notch and at witch i can feel the piston at the top of its stroke through the plug hole with a driver...

    Ok ill try that tomorrow see if that helps it and when i say i put it where i thought it was tdc is because when i turned the fly wheel over the couple of times to get tdc it didnt line up on the fly wheel and the notch on caseing but the valves opened then closed and the marks didnt line up so...

    It sits and idles but sit hi revs but thats how i got it i adjusted the air ratio on it to 1 and a half turns out and the timining isnt out on it and yea i did the hole screw driver bit down the plu hole and i can feel it witch is when i set the vavles ?
