If the screw you were playing with was up under where the manifold joins onto the carby then its ya fuel to air..
I would try checking the carby..
Main jet,, float levels, needel
Clean it all out
see how that goes.
that looks like a fun place.. i can just picture a huge step down going down the hill launch off the top! and a step up going up ;) have fun building would love to see pics of the end resault.
sure is the 150's rev off there head... try riding one in the wet nearly impossible but the best fun in wet my mate got into top gear on the grass wheel still sping and sideways! But yea the 150 might jsut beat the 110 lol
I wash my airfilter in petrol...
then i put some truck wash on it rub it in
then wash it out with water
let it dry then put on the oil.
also dont run them with no oil outherwise dust gets into the head and you start doing piston rings!
I have heard not to polish the intake manifold... apparently the litlle holes and things help it to mix the air and fuel... i have heard this of a bloke that tunes motors and makes them go verry fast lol....correct me if im wrong though.
Cheers

Yeh i have heard they have the same gear box as 140's and that so im guessing they would have around the same top end just a fair bit more torque and up and go!
