what would cause a set of 735mm usd forks to suddenly become very stiff? ive searched the site and read a lot about oil weight and levels but i havent changed anything with them. to me it seems very strange so if anyone has any ideas i'd love to hear them. cheers

keen to hookup with some fellow miniriders and hit some trails around the western side of lake mac if anyones keen. i got my project up and going but my riding mates have work right up till xmas and 1 of them is rebuilding his 250.. was thinking of hitting the trails up around fennell bay etc...

the bike will idle great but as soon as i select a gear it dies. any idea why?

is there different calipers for USD forks? ive got a set of calipers of a conventional fork set and it seems that they wont fit. is there a different type of caliper i need for the USD forks?

im nearly done with the bike! just a few little bits and pieces to get and she'll be ready to put together. i got my new rims and fitted a dunlop rear today so its on its wheels now.

ive got a set of usd forks,735mm long and a 15mm axle hole. will i need a different brake setup or can i use the old ones off my 12mm axle non usd forks?

just wondering if 45mm is standard for the bearing location in a standard headset. any ideas?

the motor (lifan 125) has developed a ticking sound while idling. i have checked out the how to check valve clearances vid and am confident i can do that. is there anything else i should check while i suss the valves and what would cause this ticking sound? thanks guys

anyone got any idea where i can get a fairly good 240mm center to center rear shock? is this a weird size for a rear shock?? the measurement is center to center on the mounting bolts. thanks guys

ive looked over the sprockets and neither have any markings on them to tell me what # they are. is there a way to identify what they are as i want to get a bigger front sprocket. cheers zumanity
