Good Evening,
I have a 155z with a v2 and s35 cam. I am running a TB manifold and a 28mm OKO.
I have tried many jet sizes and cant get the thing to idle properly and when I ride it its got a flat spot off idle. The top end is very good but when I back off to slow down the idle stays up high for a while and wants to race on.
The bike starts 1st kick everytime regardless of this but wants to stall.
When I put the idle up really high it don"t stall but the idle goes up and down.
I have changed the plug.
Check for manifold leaks.
Checked valve clearances
Tried a 36,38 and 39 idle jet
Tried 100.102.5 and 105 main jet.
Changed the needle clip on all the slots.
All of this and it still has the same problem.

I put a mates 26mm OKO on it running a 38-102.5 and it has no problems at all so it's looking like a carbie problem for sure.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I may have missed. Thanks

typical 28mm oko problems.. something with this model of oko.. i only use 26mm and 30mm oko's.

use a genuine pwk28mm.. get one off ebay.com

the slow return to idle indicates a pilot issue... maybe try a mid 40's pilot and see how it acts..

also you could use a 104/105 main jet..

Thanks guys. I'm not a fan of the 28mm but its what the bike came with so thought id try to make it work. Ill give the bigger jets a go and see what happens but I get the feeling its a dodgy carby
