Bike running lean

Hi guyz and girlz,
i got a YX 160 with a 180 bore kit it a 26mm OKO carby. My exhaust pipe is get red hot on idle. I have change the jet to 125 main an pilot 41, screwed the the fuel an air mixture 2 turns, adjust the valve and checked if there is not air leak on the engine and intake.

Can any one help me plz
P.S I have tried other jet in them and put different carby.

firstly, how quickly is it glowing the pipe... if you have it running in a non ventilated place ie: shed,garage. then the pipe and engine will overheat within no time...

also is this a DHZ oko 26mm carb?
if so then a 125 main jet is miles to big and the pilot should be around 38 or 39.

to me it sounds like it has a massive air leak or your carb is playing up.. check your cam timing too..

also can you please post up your full engine specs including what style magneto your running...maybe a few pics too..

Also check your exhaust nuts on your head are tight and that the pipe is sealing.
