crf50 reving spitting ??

i have a crf50 05 model with a crf70 carby and at a low rev and i hold the low rev it splaters then i rev to top and its perfect ive done everything gav the carby a full clean ive even brought a proper crf50 carby and still does ?

Have you adjusted the mixture screw? You should adjust the fuel mix and idle in conjunction and simintaniously. The fuel mix affects fuel/air from 0-1/4 throttle , also the pilot may be too large so go down 2 sizes to see if it clears up. Wind the mix in to lean it off , wind it out to richen it up. Idle speed wound in to increase , out to decrease. Also even try rasining the clip on the needle to further lean it off as the crf70 carb is 2mm larger than the stock.

Check your valve clearances ... pressure getting pumped back from the cylinder can mess up the carb function ...
