hey every one i finaly took the step and got a 2007 klx 110
it needed a few bit to get it to run but for 600 im pretty happy
so far i have ordered
- 55mm crank
- hd out put shaft
- 4 speed shift drum
- tb klx manifold ( as i already have a v2)
- new clutch fork selector and shaft
- hd clutch springs
- red barron foot pegs and peg mounts

the next lot of stuff i need to get is
- bars
- hd springs front and rear
- hd rims and spokes
- asv brake leaver
- new rear brake pedal and brake rode ( as the bike dosent have this )
- new set of maxxis tyres :)

heres a few pics of what ive done so far started stripping the casses back and pulling the mottor down

duno what colours im painting yet was thinking blue if not blue ill be going all white with black rims blue nipples black spokes with white hubs or somthing like that
 
Good to see you got yourself a Kawi!

Looks like you've already done more Work on yours then with what Im up to with mine haha. How are you planning on Painting everything? What are you going to use? Are you gonna Colour your Spokes/Nipples yourself?

A proper puller is the best way.

DOnt listen to these guys... screw driver & hammer is the way its done.......

NOt! always use the correct puller for the job :)
 
Hmm mite drop the the center into a mechanic to do and I'll just do the rest . Any one know if the irk are any good on the klx ?
