Flywheel puller ??

hi all- ive got a thumpstar 125cc pitbike with the lifan engine, does anyone know where to get a magneto puller from and more importantly which type do i need - cheers!

p.s theres loads on ebay but which one do i need? or doesnt it matter

you need a crf50 style one

save the frustration and get a puller i busted two cranks belting it with a hammer to get it off and I finally gave in and payed the $30 and it was the best money ever spent
your looking at a crf50 puller

Yes , definitely use a proper puller .... flywheels are designed to be pulled from the centre only .... IF you bend , warp or damage your flywheel by levering it off or bashing it on or off with a hammer , you can cause it to run out or go out of balance .... resulting in a broken crank down the line ......

hey mate i used a small bearing puller that i sell at work for $32 works a treat
