Have Atomik finally lifted their game?

I have had great customer support from Atomik so I can't put them down in that respect. In the end, it would be hard to beat Atomik for bang for your buck.

I dont think Id buy from them again... apparently they cant tell the difference between pink and red

They don't know the difference between Alloy and Steel Swing-Arm either, they are a bunch of idiots with only 1/2 a brain between the lot of them, yes, I have received warranty replacement parts, but the problem is trying to get an intelligent answer out them, a virtual impossibility.

there bikes are aimed at the lower end of the market..
They probably dont see the value in putting all those good parts on it
There priority is to have cheap bikes.
