Help yx 150 won't rev up backfiring

So do I need a new stator/source coil?

unless it is really cold where you are, both of the readings are a bit low
but it's weird that the previous owner has only just replaced them?

i would buy another stator seeing as they are pretty cheap

About 50 degrees here in minnesota

those specs i gave you for the stator readings etc are at 77° F, and they usually allow around 10% variance
so they would still be too low,
with it putting out a lower voltage, it doesn't send a decent signal to the CDI , so it is only just keeping up with it running at idle and a bit above

i don't suppose you got a receipt for the stator when you bought the bike, could maybe take it back ?
or contact the previous owner and ask him where he got it?

He bought it off ebay so I'm sure it was the cheapest one he could find I think i am going to order this full system just to get it over with so I don't have more issues in the future and I know exactly what in dealing with

Put in that electric kit from tbolt and man this F'er rips!!!!!! Problem solved!!!

did you fix your fuel over flowing? wouldn't of happened to install the float upside down by mistake?
