Well done mate.

It looks good.

Is it just bits and pieces from a heap of different bikes or was there a bike there to begin with that you have added/subtracted to/from ?

Just interested.

Logic.

I got it as heaps of parts but I think most of it was from the same bike. I googled the I'D number on the frame and it's a 04 or 05 model FYM 110cc

Update: stripped and done the new paintjob on the frame and swingarm and looks heaps better then the straight black

wanted to change a few bits and pieces after a few test runs so now have a stiffer rear spring, polished the centre engine casings and new silver head covers. Also changed the shock bushes and loc-tighted all bolts so far.

after soaking the layers and layers of paint off the ID plate i found out that the bike was originally a 2004 FYM fy110ey. If anyone knows anything about them ?

Should be getting paid in the next few days so a new pipe and graphics will be on the way soon

Update: Im finally satisfied with the finished bike and its lookin pretty good. Remembered to loctite all the bolts this time aswell after losing quite a few on the first test run.

finished polishing the motor. looks alot shinier in better light

Also got the hand rear brake sorted out. alot simpler to do than I thought as there was a unused hole right where I needed one and cost a grand total of $12.

The total cost of this whole project was about $350 so the wallet is fairly happy too. Let us know what you think : P
