I did read you post totally and took note. Post item as you prior post.

also if you paid by paypal you can try and pull a swifty and get a full refund and in some cases you get to keep the item... dont know how it works but it has done for me and my friends several times..

I arrest my case Sir as posted from you prior posting. I am not here trying to cause any trouble, Just from my som wanting to join this site.

I would reconsider Sir of what you said and this post. Boot me and ban me if you may as I have done nothing wrong. I am just trying to help others from what I have had to go through.

I did read you post totally and took note. Post item as you prior post.I am not going to get into an rargumentive state over this. If you case was other than what you posted please elaborate more than what you did in your excuse.be more elaborate next time as your post totally was one of cause.

Matt, the items i got to keep were $5 phone cases...

and rastus... wateva dude... get over it...
and on a side note.. if a respected ebay store seller tries to stooge the buyer than i guess it charma when paypal do wat they do...

send ya messages to them mate.

and to the OP.. yeah dont wait till the last minute if you do choose to open a dispute... as a dispute sometimes helps the situation go smoother..

Mate. I got nothing to get over. Wake up to ya self pull ya head in and word yourself more properly next time. I am 45 not 15. Lot of life experience. Let's leave it at that. All is said an done on this post now. I am sure others can read between the lines. I am not getting into a ***** fight with you. Read it before you post it.
 
yeah i'd have to agree on this one Troy... You've made contact with the seller, you've come to an agreement where the seller will replace the item with the one you SHOULD have received, however it's to be done at your cost in regards to postage.
This one is a very clear case of the seller sending you the wrong stuff... and clearly not what was advertised. you spent enough time looking over mine, to know instantly they were completely different items, even though they were replicated ebay listings, detailing the identical part.
The seller has stated that you must pay for his **** up, which is wrong.
You have done your bit in contacting the seller, to his credit he replied quickly, to his debt, he's being a ****wit about it...
I would now open an ebay dispute quickly, and be as clear with your dispute claim, as you have with your original post here...
Surprisingly egay issues are settled very quickly once an actual dispute is opened.
at the end of they day, they ****ed up, you shouldnt have to pay for it...

It's also a sad day for Surf_babe, as i've dealt with them several times, and have spent hundreds through their ebay store, never with the slightest issue, and postage times is almost as good as DHZ has always been... Tut Tut Surf-babe...

Dead set^^(seans comment) i could send you 20+ emails that say either 'i will post your REPLACEMENT item tomorro' or 'i posted your REPLACEMENT item last week'... all from the same seller in the space of a month and a bit
yes silly me played his game and soon enough i couldnt file a dispute... = china man wins again

any thing else ya wana add mate, may as well get it out of yr system now. cause your getting a little annoying..

Sorry to have caused arguements guys and hopefully no one will get banned because of this thread.
Thanks to everyone for your advice and thoughts and hopefully it will be sorted quickly.

mate dont be sorry, no one will be banned, everyone is just voicing their opinions. slightly off topic i suppose, but relevant at the same time. If unpopular speech resulted in banning, the internet would exist for porn, and porn alone... ha ha.

oh and dont be sorry for drooling over my swinger, i understand the magnetic attraction of over the top bling accessories... and admittedly for the price, it's a bloody solid (and shiny:) ) unit, so hopefully they get yours sorted soon mate. :)
 
Motovert I hope it gets sorted satisfactorily. To others. Yeah, I can be annoying, I don't back down and I BITE when provoked knowing I am within my rights, (Ex-Military) and as for my preaching I'm off to join the Jehovah's on the weekend. New door to door preaching principle. We all turn up on trailbikes ( Maybe 2-strokes with open exhausts) at 06:00 on a Sunday morning and bang on ya door. I think not. Take care guys. A dispute has been lodged with ebay and also with paypal however things are now at a stand still and communication seems to have ceased as they havent answered my last 2 messages ive left for them.Lets hope things pick up and this can be settled amicably and in a timely fashion.
 
well lets hope they sort it out in the fashion that they should mate.. ideally, they should replace the item free of charge, with the item that matches the description... ie: same as mine...
have you got any pics of it mate to compare it to the ad?
 
this is a classic case of why you should buy from a real shop, you get to see the real item before you buy. it may cost a little more but you avoid all the hassle you have now. yes you do have rights and it will get sorted but how long will it take and you still dont have the swingarm you want. BUY WHAT YOU CAN SEE. DON'T SEE WHAT YOU CAN BUY.
