I'd go for the DHZ out of those 2 bikes, mainly due to it having the Z160Ho race engine.
If you get used to the power and want more the ZHo is easy to upgrade, the 140 doesn't have much more you can do to it.

The new dhz looks the goods for sure. Old one was good, so new model should be better..
