Once you open the site, click the "Build Up" link in the main picture (takes a while to load as it is flash based).
This will leave you here. It looks like the site is only partially built as they haven't got an active link on the "4st Mini" pic. There are a few scooter parts listed and you can have a look on your mobile by following the instructions laid out here.
You could always try emailing them at [email protected]...
