New Engine model?

Hey do you guys know what the benefits of this new engine is? New 2011 PitsterPro z160 HO Engine

pretty sure it says its 6 plate not 5 plate but no idea what that is?

the 160ho has a 6plate clutch pack and has better/stronger crank case's as apposed to the original 155z cases which were known for cracking i believe?or only 1 side was weak.

Na cause there has always been a z160ho but now it says upgraded

The newest z155 have uppgraded shift fork and new gears in the tranny. So the tranny should hold much better.

yeah they were due for re-design.. every so many engines suffered bad gears sooner or latter...

lets see if they are what is said above.. personally iv heard nothing regarding a revised 160ho

Trans and shift drum end play has plagued the 155/160 Zongers since they knocked off the YX design. Cool covers and a few minor design differences, but still the crappy kicker train and rear gear in the wobbly clutch basket that stinks up all the kick-in-gear Chinese engines. Later batches have had less problems.
