pitsterpro 160cc head probelm

hi all ive got a pitster pro 160cc engine
the spark plug wont do up so when u kick it
it spits the plug out so its cross threaded
its got the decomp button on it
so my question is can i buy the v2 decomp head piece
from dhz and it will fit or no any help thx

only repair is a helicoil.

what decomp have you got? the spark plug adapter type or the button

its got the button u push in so the 90 part from dhz wont fit

wat 90 part are you referring about..

either way, you have no spark plug thread so nothing is going to tighten up in there...

remove the head and take it to a local engine/moto shop for repair

Helicoils more often than not, dont hold with a sparkplug. Time-serts are a far better option for repairing sparkplug holes as they are a solid bushing insert.
