a friend of mine has 2 bikes, Yamaha 1999 R1, and a Honda CRF450 road/trail
he can wheelie the R1 for kilometers at a time, turning corners, slowing down and speeding up etc.
he has been known to have the front wheel in the air at 180+ kmph by himself or with a passenger.

the CRF450 is new to him, bought it 12 months ago second hand.
but the longest wheelie he can do on it is maybe 30 -40 meters.
i thought if you can balance one bike on the back wheel,
then why couldn't you do the same on the other bike, or any bike for that matter ?
wouldn't it just be a matter of compensating for the different power/gearing of another bike?

i cant find the balance point on any of my bikes yet.
need more practice.....

I'm with ya Craig I could mono my bmx and hard tail everywhere, up n down drive ways n gutters!

But put the rear brake under my foot and I lose all nerve! :(
