looks like a copy to me.... how much $ they want for it?

they want $500 for it.

They reckon it runs perfectly and it doesn't look bad in the pic

its most likely a copy for that price huh;)

would it still be worth it you think?

its 2 years old and it runs without problems apparently, hes just getting rid of it because he got a new bike

no where near worth $500, you can get better than that brand new for $500

ha I just figured out why the mods are ALWAYS double posting, you guys don't have 30second post limit do ya?

you think its that bad?

what could be wrong with it?
It doesn't matter what's wrong with it, there could be nothing wrong with it, fact is it's just not worth $500.

If you want a cheap bike go and grab an Atomik Nitrous 125 for $550 brand spanking new, guaranteed it'll be 10x the bike that POS you're looking at ever even tried to be.

fake to the max, its a zongshen 110cc motor, dont waste ur money.

it's a copy... several things wrong with it to be an 04 thumpy...
triple clamps are right, forks are wrong, so is the front brake rotor.
Bars are too tall if they're stockers.
Motor is the right type. Kinda.
Swingarm is all wrong, 04 thumpys had drum rear, not disk. Too much travel in the rear suspension, and they ran tube-type swingarm, not box section...
Exhaust, even the little ones had big bore pipes.
Battery holder should be welded to the frame under the right hand side side-cover. not behind it...
Late 03 and very early 04 motors were silver, after that, they were black..

probably a heap more things wrong with it, but cant see in the pic... definately not an 03 or 04 thumpy hungeten..

cool thanks guys

Ima slap this guy in the face for trying to sell me a piece of crap for an overly expensive price;)

now hes tryin' to tell me he fell and cracked the plastic so he had to buy a new plastic fairing kit so that why it looks different:S

so.. its not original and its been stacked, minus another $200+ from his asking price.. get a pic of the frame number(will be on the steerer tube).. how bad do you want it? have you test ridden? any other issues with it?

pic added to save refering back to 1st page..

^^^^^ carby is wrong as well. That's a round-bowl junkie or fakuni carby. thumpy's had genuine mikunis...
Motor doesnt have FYM stamped on the stator cover..
Frame is too short around the headstem.
Seats on thumpys were hi-rise jobs, two tone covers...
Hubs are wrong...
Thumpys had much wider pegs...

If that thing is a genuine thumpy, the Bling40 is a genuine YZF... ;)
