you would think with all that work you would weld a gusset in behind where the engine mounts, coz the engine case's cracking is also a big issue on these

and where would this gusset go???? most of the cause or the top mount cracking is due to the top case mount hole being larger than the bolt causing it to slop around.

Theres room there, it would have to be about 3 small bits or a bit of bent pipe cut & them maybe a bit of grinding where the bottom engine mount is :action-smiley-003:

cradle is the biggest improvement.. not a bolt on one either..
no more cracked cases

BIT BIENG USED; 2mm plate 8mm round and 25mm angle

yer i forgot to get the bit for end of subframe and my other frame was done by fab50s so just copying that
but i hav to got som1 else to weld as i cant

running my fox up the wrong way so it dont hit on subframe had to take little bit out shock mount as valve was realy close

I found this crf50 frame on the web made by fast 50s, its a bit pricy but probly better and lighter than strengthenig your chinese frame. heres the link.

Haha mate there not chinese frames these are stock crf50 frames . And being a stock crf in order to race them must stay with stock frame. !

extra subframe bit is just same as my other frame just copied that, it was done by fab50s on goldy they been doing for yrs so thought he know more than me bout this sotra stuff lol

yeah i thought it was an extra support but i found it weird that it is already bent because that already gives it somewhere to bend easy... oh well what ever works lol..
