Tools used:
- Small socket set 8mm-14mm
- Circlip pliers
- Flywheel, clutch/oil slinger puller
- Needle nose pliers
- Small spanners or shifter
- Phillips head screwdriver, Flathead screw driver
- Impact srewdriver
And a few other tools. I'll add as I remember.
Steps:
1) Take off the timing chain cover. 1 X 10mm bolt.
2) Take of the timing chain sprocket. 3 X 9mm bolts.
3) Take off the front plate that hides the rockers and cam. 4 X 10mm nuts.
4) Take of the side plate off that conceals the rocker pins. 2 X 8mm bolt.
5) Separate the head from the barrel. 1 X 10mm/Phillips head bolt.
6) Take the intake and exhaust valve covers off. 2 X 8mm bolts each.
7) Loosen the valves off. Take out the rocker pins with needle nose pliers or circlip pliers.
8) Push the cam out towards where the cam sprocket was.
9) Take out cam chain spacer. 1 X 10mm bolt.
10) Separate barrel from block. 1 X 10mm/Phillips head bolt.
