Not the biggest, but a nice 57x66 168cc YX150 DTE type build I'm doing today. Stock 60mm crank was loose, got hot when head went to crap, cruddy throughout. I had one with a 3mm offset pin, 66 stroke, Japanese bearings. 10% more stroke, should make the difference between oooh and AAAAH?

Cases trimmed for rod swing.

3rd gear has a bit of room, just.

Buttoned it up this morning. T-rex head with optional long duration cam, hi-squeeze piston. Should be a torquer.

so is that a T-rex head on a YX motor?

Yep. Gotta do some thing with the leftovers, when building 160 DOHC Daytona's;)
Got another, with epoxied intake port, going on a 125-legal National-running ATV racer. Seeing which the kids prefer, V2 (epoxied) 54.5x53 or Tak 4V, YX 4V(worked) 56x50's on HO Zongers, the 54x54 Daytona Honda going together tomorrow. The Honda crank is lighter than the Zonger 53, and should be a favorite. Super-light 50mm Tak Honda crank is a PITA to put in a Zonger, so I hope they aren't well-loved.

is that manifold ported have heard of allot of people porting there manifolds plus head
