Unlucky roy, glad you saw a doc but, bet ya feeling it more today than yesterday. Chin up mate dont have to rush the bike now, just let it heal and dont rush in to quick to ride again unless its good.

Well not sure if I will be riding either yet went to the doctors today and looks like Sunday's fall has torn some muscle that runs between ya ribs, and I have a suspected cracked rib.. On some good pain killers so I can still work so I'll see how the pain is Saturday and make the call!!!

I'll be there regardless but hopefully it's to race and not just spectate

I have had that injury a few times. It can be very painful. Hard to cough.laugh,sneeze and lay on. I found Ibprofen best to relieve the pain.
