alright, i'v been working on this for a fair while now.
just thought i should make a build thread to make things more interesting. ;)

just wanna see what i can get this thing up to. :)
this bike is very low quility so if it dies, it dies.
atleast i had fun killing it. ;) i will maintain it though.
yeah, i know it's pretty cheap and nasty but why not, ay

installed

black bmx bars
white crf50 front mud guard and number plate (managed to fit them)
blue fuel cap (bling)
blue pw 50 hand grips (stock grips where plastic) hehe
and just tried to make things more useable

mods to come

blue or black foot pegs (keeping the theme, and the red pegs are a bit rusted)
44mm big bore kit (already recieved, just waiting till i run it in)
2 pack boost bottles (want to see if theres a differance)
digital speedo (to know if theres a differance and what speed i can get it up to)

Plastic rims will be the first to go.

I have a nos injector from my pocketbike days. You should try something like that.

Looks gangsta though..lol

After a second look, my moneys on the pull start.

Cheap aluminum ones are the go. Atleast get an aluminum pawl for it.

Hilarious! I actually like the wheels and brakes, for a street-ride.

I was given three new engines of that type that I want to hook to a common axle on a kart. Debating if I want 3 clutches so if one seizes I can still limp home, or to run a single bigger clutch and pull-start on a jackshaft, allowing me to experiment with firing order.

Keep progress posted:cheer2:

haha looks like plastic in the pic but it is actully aluminum :)

Oh Snake,

That looks like fun. If you were a smurf. I am sure you will get it going way too fast and just as your confidence builds it will rise up and bite you on the a s s.

Peas in a pod, that bike and you.

Logic.

had a bike like that.. random little bits broke like the clamps and engine was dud

i reckon engine, i've heard they die really easy

There was a 10 yr old riding one of these last week when my son and I were riding.

Small bump. Strange cracking noise.

One side of the frame had completely snapped.

My money is on the frame.

yeah, it's not ganna be getting riden on the easiest of trails and tracks so we'll see hehe
but i reckon the frame to but i voted the rider because knowing my luck the bike will
still be going strong and i'll be crippled ;)

haha i reckon the frame will break i had one and a fat girl went in a nice dip and the frame cracked on it and broke it straighht up
