YX kick start shaft

Looks like you have one of them new extra short kick starter shafts. I have been told that its a real mongrel to start the bike with one of these.

lol, hate to break it to ya but the whole engine has to be stripped... the kicker shaft goes thru and seats in the left side case..
the return spring also is setup on the left side case...
