    clutch problem need help

    Ok, from what I understand you pull in the lever and the clutch will not engage. When you start the bike, and have it running, pull the clutch lever, and poke the gear lever, what happens then ? Does it want to pop into gear and stall or take off, or nothing at all ? More information pls

    Hey, :) My Stroker pin split main bearing, piston and cylinder turned up today. The cylinder still has 111cc cast into the side of it, It is 67mm. The boys have inserted a sleeve Will post pics tomorrow,,,,,,,too busy playing now

    Hey, I got word from my trusty bearing supplier, he has the crank bearings we are after but they are 16 mm wide, not 15mm. $30 each. Still on the trail of the exact ones 56x22x15

    Ok, jobs done Sunday, finish port the exhaust, and polish. Lighten, smooth off edges, polish and ballance exhaust valves. Both of the exhaust valves weigh in at 11.73 grams a piece. They are measured to be within 0.01 of a gram each, thanks to a mate who has paint weighing scales. Interesting...
