I've never really heard of shaving the top of a piston wouldn't that actually drop the compression? Classic Honda one of the sponsors of this site should be able to help you with the gasket kit :) haha dont try make your own it wont work buddy.

Yeah guys that sounds about right :) I messed around with it today I've got the stock pilot not sure with the 85 main it worked well with only slight bog in the mid under hard throttle :) so much happier now haha, you any good a poppin Wheelies westy? With the stock setup I could do them for ks...

I'm actually going to mix things up abit with this one I'm planning to have a wheel setup at the front which drops down for easy moving and also split the ramp whith a hinge system so its easly transportable via trailer, will put up pics and cad drawings up for sure!.
