Honestly man, the only place I have ever personally purchased parts for any china bike is Ebay. I always just make sure to compare with what is on the bike already, and then go from there. Count the links in the chain that came off the bike, and make sure you get one that has the same.

Also, if you aren't starting your kick just past top dead center, you can hit the compression stroke on the way down and that can feel like it's sticking/getting stuck. This greatly confused me the first time I adjusted the valves on one of my china minis.

If you can't find the info you need online, you can always take the wheel off and get a quick measurement with a basic ruler. To be honest I think most pit bikes use the same size ones, at least the basic ones like SSR do.
