just thinking,
some other things you may want to upgrade if you go big bore, are Camshaft,
and some heavy duty Valve Springs, and Retainers
the springs and retainers would be a minimum

i would do the springs atleast for sure, but while your doing that if you have the extra cash i would get the cam and roller rockers..

So simply put, if I havnt got $770 to spend on the whole kit I should buy the $20 standard rings fix it to stock and start saving.
last thing I want to do is blow up the whole motor and be starting from the ground up.
