clutch problems

just been for a ride and noticed my clutch isnt engaging. its a lifan ducar motor can any one help me out???

cable adjusted properly? Is it not engaging at all or slipping a bit? How old is the engine

not sure if the cables adjusted properly i tryed adjusting it and still nothing.. it doesnt work at all.. the engine is around a year old.

now it has no compression when i try to kick it over.
any ideas

i think its the clutch springs, because when you pull my clutch into start it in gear it has no compresion.does any one kno if the five-o heavy dutey ones will fit in a ducar motor??
