Hi
I need some advise in regards to crf 50 froks.
I am running stock forks, and they have basically given up on me. I have herd you can change the fork springs to a heavy duty spring. Dose this work? What do i need to buy and where from?
I don't want to buy new forks all together and i like running the 10" stock wheel, and i would prefer not to raise the ride height if possible.
What do you guys think?

Hey dude ,

Sounds like your springs have thrown it in. Best off to replace them with some h/d stiffer springs. I run minibike springs from oz50 , they work great and arn't mind blowingly stiff but quite resistant to bottoming.

I bought mine from oz50 >>>> CRF50

Or

Try kaos50 Sik50s Heavy Duty Springs for Stock Forks - Kaos 50

for sik50s one's.

They will raise the suspension 1" at the front but considering you have an Ishock that will be much needed to sit it level.

Hope that helps!

Thanks mate
Do i need to buy bushings also?
Yeah your right, even since i put the Ishock in the front has been a bit lower.
Do you know with installing the new springs, is it just a matter of taking out the old and in with the new?

yer mate its pretty simple there is a tutorial showing how do to it on this site. ill find the link now.
