Hey everyone im just posting up my bike that ive built over quite a period of time as i lost interest for a few years... But now im back into it and the bike's up and running,
here's a list of everything i can think of.

The engine's a Jialing gtx125 (motovert) with a 146cc big bore kit and a lifan 23/27mm big valve head with alloy oil cooler, Molkt 26mm carby for now, Uni filter(not in pics), 32mm exhaust, 1/4 turn throttle, high performance coil and Inner rotor kit.. I built the engine when i was 15 and it sat in the shed till i was 18.

The frame/forks/swingarm were given to me just before i lost interest and i just bolted my engine into it. Then slapped on some wheels and front brakes a couple of months ago and its all running good for now.

I have a fastace bfa51ar? to fit just need to find eyelet bushes or bearings the right size.

Parts to get are :
10mm swingarm bolt
20x22x10 spacers for swingarm

anyone know if there is room to fit a decomp into a lifan 140 head, i took it off today and there wasnt really anywhere with enough room that i could see? so i just cleaned the ports up a little and put the head back on for now.

i wouldnt bother with fitting the chainsaw decomp button, ive got one here that i was thinking about fitting to my 86cc yx motor bike changed my mind.

finally getting back into it

Decided to tear it down yesterday im going to rebuild it and get back into riding...

Plan is:
respray frame
replace any bushes and bearings that are f@#$%d
get bushes machined for the fastace rear shock

Parts to order:
outer rotor kit
race cam & springs
high rise seat
kick+gear levers
oil cooler lines(can only find cooler kits)
protapers
h/d clutch springs

and possibly a mikuni vm26 down the line but im poor at the moment

also been reading about the outer rotor kits and something about i may have to machine 3mm off the backing plate??
can anyone clarify this?

I think you'll find it's only needed for the YX engines, so you should be right....but don't hold me to it.

Just ordered a few parts...
57mm High Comp Piston
Race Cam Kit
Protaper 50 bars n grips
H/D Clutch Springs
Forged Gear Lever
Forged Kickstart Lever
Magnetic Drain Bolt
Outer Rotor Kit

Probably be a while before i see the parts cause of xmas but there coming:b_grind: i still have to get swingarm bushes and bolt, rear shock bushes and rear brakes(Maybe)

Top stuff liljohn now get working and take plenty of pics, that's one hot chick mate:)

My effort for today was a Lengthy argument with the old inner rotor tried a few ways ended up using the die-grinder with cutting wheel to cut it as deep as i could without touching the crank, then split it into pieces with a flathead screwdriver and a hammer. Not installing the outer rotor till engine is back in bike but i wanted the rotor off there as it's cdi blew.
also half munted the crank thread somehow but ill just recut it with the right size die.

Good old irk, I call it the irk charity, only difference is you can't claim it for tax.

Well i went to do the clutch springs this afternoon and i can't because i need an impact driver to undo the screws on the oil slinger. I will try again tomorrow after i pickup an impact driver.

Also found a decent amount of metallic particles in the clutch case all stuck to the bottom. no suprise as it was ran hard from first kick so would have worn it in a bit

So after another try i stripped one of the four screws on the oil slinger so now i have to figure out how to get it out, maybe drill it out if i can find the right size bits..
Damn these chinese donks can be a ***** to work on..

Yeah drill it mate, only enough to eliminate the head, that should leave enough thread to vice grip, its only the head that's tight the threaded section will turn no probs, worst case I can get you a 2nd hand cover if you destroy it.:)

How'd you go with this? I had to do a similar thing on the wifes honda. Ended up buying a ezy-out kit, then came home drilled the head off the bolt, then found i didn't even need to use the easy out... after the head came off the bolts were only finger tight.. Oh well, i'm sure i'll get use out of the easy out at some point.

Haven't got around to it yet.
Been flat out working...The shed's full of mowers to fix before i can get around to the bike again.
Yea ive used easyouts before and haven't had much luck, ive had better luck using a reverse thread drill bit so when it tries to bite in it undoes if possible.

Most reputable pitbike shops should mate, its a very common size for a swinger still, as for the spacers are you talking bout the spacers that sit in the swingarm next to the bearings?

Yea the spacers between the bearings and the frame. just measured them there 22x10x16.

I contacted a highly regarded shop in the pitbike scene and havent even heard back and it's been over a month.
