Far out mate this is going to be such a beast.

The suspense is killing me.

Hey craig sent you a couple of pms over the last couple of weeks, regarding the engine, did you get them?

Forks got some fresh oil, starting to get it bolted back together. New swingarm bearings went in as well, im still trying to find somewhere local to re gas the cr shock, the only place i have found so far sends them to adelaide and want 150 dollars :/
Polished the swingarm a little today and sprayed a few more parts, i just need to get hold of craig and see where my engines at, get the nissin front and rear master's, new seat cover and plastics and stickers and sort the oil cooler out. Seems like a never ending list but slow progress is better than no progress :)

Very nice mate.

Does the caliper bolt straight on or do you need an adapter?

Going to use the stock caliper with the new nissin master cylinder so i just need to make the adapter to mount the master cylinder to the frame.
Im loving the blue disk guard i sprayed up

Have made up some mounts for the oil coolers, im a little worried i went to large with the coolers, will definitely have to make up something to protect them for when i crash lol.
Rear brake has a mock up mount for now, i need a bigger piece of steel to do it properly.
One cooler with mockup bracket

Im going to get a new brake pedal made, i have never been happy with the original. Im going for 15mm longer in the rear tail, adding some offset to clear engine cases better and going to try get the pedal lower to the footpeg

Im also trying to work out my best option for the exhaust. Given that it will be 201cc im looking to go bigger in the header, atleast at the section nearest the can, but im not sure how big will be to big. I was thinking of buying a yzf250 can and pipe, cutting the can almost in half, rebuilding, and using some of the pipe pieced to the original header. Whats other peoples thoughts on this?

Those cooler mounts look bloody wicked mate!! Awesome job. You could sell those as the coolers break so easy. I would be keen on a set.

Even though the motor is 201cc I still think you would be ok with a pitty can. The Yoshi's have a larger diameter pipe and would be perfect for this motor. A yz250f one might be a bit of overkill and once you cut them you can't guarantee they will still perform the same.

Also damn you and your sweet ass rear brake setup that is sick!! You custom make the mount too?

Cheers mate, the whole bike is starting to come together now. Yeah i made the brake adaptor up, will be good once i extend the rear brake lever.
Will save some dollars for a yoshi then, i was debating it, but i think she deserves a nice exhaust lol.
Sticker kit showed up today to, what do you guys think of it? Im not sold, but they will have to do for now.
