    how to fit a gasket kit for a 125cc ducar motor Chinnese shit

    im lokking for some help to fit a gasket kit for a 1215cc ducar motor from a 125cc atomik if any one can help me

    Is there any tutorials out there on how to set the timing right when putting a new piston & rings in??

    I have a Lifan 140cc and need to put a new Piston & Ring kit on... and need help!!

    Thanks to anyone who can help me out here ;)

    get an adjustable ORK, or if you're brave mod the pickup sensor mount so you can move it down a bit

    Here is a list of what has been pointed/asked to be done:

    -Change USD fork oil... needs to be done
    -Change cogs and forks in gearbox... needs to be done
    -Tools for changing magneto and electrics... Sort of done, Need to change electrics hasn’t
    -Tunning carbie... Done
    -Changing clutch pack (basket??)... Unsure
    -Running in method, include when to change oil and what oil to use... needs to be done
    -Change kick-start gears... Done
    -Change a tire (tube, rim, spokes, fitting)...needs to be done
    -How to bleed brakes... done
    -Care and adjustment of front forks...needs to be done
    -Gearbox and selector drums back in correct place... needs to be done
    -How to do tricks... Bahahaha... needs to be done
    -How to ride a manual bike... Needs to be done
    -General maintenance... Done
    -Removing electric start and wirers... Needs to be done
    -Valve adjustment (video)... done but in text
    -Rim locks???... pointless but needs to be done
    -Big bore kits... needs to be done
    -Porting... done
    -Rebuild top end (head)... needs to be done
    -A thread full of mods for everything you can do (words embedded as links)... Will take time but needs to be done
    -Fitting decals or graphics... needs to be done
    -Brake pad installation... needs to be done
    -Check/setup a new bike... done
    -Timing...done
    -High volume oil pump instructions... needs to be done
    -Bleeding brakes...done
    -Gasket kits... needs to be done... easy to do
    -Burnouts and/or wheelies... needs to be done
    -Adjust firering time... needs to be done
    -Piston and ring, changing them... Needs to be done

    when you look at it like that, i dont wanna be tech mod anymore. ba ha ha. might give me something to do during my time off over xmas new years...
    Maybe Father Motoxmas will do some new tech tutes...

    you don't need a tutorial for that, get 3 50ml lengths of garden hose and slice then longways, put them over the rim so the tire levers don't tough the rim.
    ^^^^^ this will do the job but only just, the hose gives way pretty quick


    get a set or 2 of these from your local bikeshop for $10... they work way better, only thing is you need 3 and they only come in packs of 2

    id love to see some info on rebuilding front and rear brakes including bleeding the system..
