hey sean if its the rockers slapping from side to side shouldn't the noise be there when the engine is cold also ?????? im at a loss to explain why theres no noise when it starts cold and about 5 min later the tapping noise is back ????

Hey aitken that's exactly what happens to me! My engine runs quiet till it heats up a bit, then the tappets get loud And I'm running castrol 4t. Annoying!!!! And yes I've done the valves.

akunar have a 90 an 95 available i got em both im running a 34 pilot and 90 main on my 125 and it runs fine

I took thumps advice and went a 35 pilot and 90 main I found it to run perfectly. The only thing i found is it pops a little at WOT (but i never get to WOT when riding) prob woudlve been better off with a 92 main but couldnt find one anywhere here's thumps post some say he's old and...

hey kurtiz Sounds like your doing to your engine exactly what i want to do with mine (1p54fmi lifan) Just got my oko 26mm but waiting for the jets i ordered to arrive. I tried to source a 92 main but couldnt find one anywhere (other than ebay uk where its about 25 bucks just for postage) so...

I want to replace the fakuni on my lifan 125 BVH but i also want something i can use on a larger engine when i get some cash to upgrade. Some other posts suggest the 26mm oko with a 92 main will run on a 125 I spose it saves me buying another carby when i upgrade. any ideas ?

let us know how you go (and prices please) dvd im trying to source a 92 main

Cheers thanks kid, Moto, can you take off the air filter to see if the slide is siiting ath the bottom like it should? at least you will know for sure if your cable is too short. just a thought.

ok, I've no expeirience with oko's but i had this prob with my mikuni and turns out i had the slide in the wrong way, i just turned it 180 degrees and was fine after that, (not sure if the same would happen with a flatslide oko but thought it was worth a mention to you)

the results are in and its all good with a bit of tweaking of the mixture and idle it was running really well and then!!!!! I hear it . ffs a damn tapping noise like metal on metal wtf do i do now ? you guys a gonna tell me to take the head off now arent ya ...

its a cheapo was thinkin of an upgrade wasnt sure what to go for on my 1p54fmi lifan 125cc was thinkin oko 26mm flatslide would that be too big for a 125cc ?

so did you lose that washer aswell or was it just a persistant problem that turned out to be somthin miniscule you had missed ?
