110cc mini moto wont start

have just picked up a not running 110cc mini off a mate of mine, a cheap chinese one, has MZB written on the seat, looks kinda like a lifan motor i think, its a 3 valve 4 stroke 110cc.

anyway, i know that it has gone well prior to this, but it now refuses to start;

it has spark, which to me seems a little weak but maybe because id be comparing it to that of a car.
and it has fuel, i can take the plug out, clean it, then put back in and kick over and over then when i pull it out again its wet

so possibly something carb or cdi related?

any help would be awesome!!

if its wet then its not a carby problem....

try a new spark plug, and then do cdi and/or coil and you can test ur stator with a muilt meter if u have one,

check its got a good earth?

sweet man ill try a new plug, pretty sure the earth is fine.

how do i check the stator? i have a multimeter
