Estart zongshen 110

Hi guys,
Having abit of trouble with my new 110 with starting.
Me and dad got it wired up and it's making all the starting noises but just won't go, changed to carby to a 19mm as my 26 was leaking fuel everywhere.
Also I can't find any Manuel's or wiring diagrams for this engine, does anyone have one?

seems like there is no spark??? may seem silly but is the kill switch turned off?

killswitch is off

have you pulled the plug out and checked for spark? are using the loom for that engine or the original loom from the bike?

look under the front brake master cylinder on the handlebars
is there a switch with 2x wires going to it ?
if so, you need to have the front brake on when trying to start.

is the ignition barrel and key still hooked up and working, turned on ?

theres no front brake switch or ignition key on it

i notice the bike ran a irk, your not trying to use the cdi from that engine?

try feathering the throttle a little while you are turning it over

i brought it as a complete new engine off dhz, nothing has been changed
it stops trying to start if i feather the throttle

so do you have spark at the plug ?
take it out and hold the spark plugs thread while it;s plugged into the coil lead, and press the start buttom
do you get a buzz ?

no vacuum leaks at the carby/spacer join, spacer to manifold, manifold/head ?
while kicking it over, try spraying the joins with wd40 to see if it fires up

thought it did have spark but doesnt now, replaced it with an ngk same thing

thinking the battery might be a little too small, its a 12 volt.
