I repacked the muffler the other day, half the original packing was MIA.
I've also replaced the missing spark arrestor screen with some brass flywire.
And i fitted the Chef's temp gauge too, lot's more clearance with this pipe.
It seem's pretty close to the temp showing under my verandah, 28° C

Yesterday i started it up, the sound hasn't really changed from my last video ^,
but i did notice a stumble off idle again, might try a #48 Pilot jet to see if that help's.
Oh and i fitted my new spark plug (Nology style) lead.
And this morning i bled the front brake's using some new Repco DOT 5.1 fluid.

This is the Nology Hotwire lead mine is copied off

And the spark difference between standard lead (left) and the Nology Hotwire lead (right)
The spark is boosted by 4 capacitor's run in the lead much like the Splitfire lead.
The capacitor's in the new lead hold the highest amount of energy before letting it travel down through the lead to the spark plug, the standard lead's just let the voltage straight through so it can vary quite a bit of power over the full rev range.
Spark at the spark plug is roughly 3x the spark with a standard lead, so this new one will light up a lot more fuel
