Rear shock spring rate

Just wondering what everyone is running? My LXR has a dnm shock with a 350lb spring but I don't like how far its sits down the rear. All my old bikes had 1000lb springs and my dhz outlaw sits a lot higher. Whats everyone running and can you tell me where to get a replacement???

I'd have a look at your linkage bearings, or bushings depending on what it runs.

i thought the LXR come's with adjustable link rods, but they must be an option ?
the linkage/pull rods under the front of the swing arm have adjustable positions
you'll need to take the bolt out to see, turn the inserts around one flat at a time to adjust the ride height

Yes bad sag can be caused by bad linkage bearings also.. and using the bush types does not help.

Quite alot of gains can be had by replacing them with a bearing type

I beleive DHZ sell the needle roller bearing version, that fits straight up? It was only the older models that had the bushing type linkage wasn't it?

Yes it will be new i believe.. will check Edit.. couldnt find anything on there site..
I assume so confidently dhz has it listed as the "new type"
