Yeah thats it! dose the aftermakit crf50 throttle cable cap fit, was biggest worry buy'n suzuki in first place! turns out Had northing to worry about! as stock dr-z cap saze as aftermakit crf one anyhow!

Bit of shock when had carby off looking to see watt jet size's where, 55 main jet :eek: , small i thought as stock crf50 comes with 58 main. makes you wonder!
 
Got one of the fork legs out! picture shows Hd fork spring along side stock one.

Lol, he's having fun and doing a great job with my bike.

I can't wait to have a go.

I asked him what he wanted for his birthday... "If you buy a new bike and I can work it, that'll be a good present lol." So one expensive purchase for me = boyfriends birthday present lol :)
 
Oh shearer your to cute to be a mini rider haha, na never.. jokes lad, minis FTW. But seriously shan, what did you get him for his birthday, i reckon you got him a wet shot 30cc NOS kit or maybe just maybe a chinee bike mmmmmm, maybe next bday lol. Keep the progress pics and tribulations coming.
 
Next couple of parts got for suzuki.
Maybe with these china parts , suzuki get china vote in 50 of mouth comp hehe

Also got some pre cut numbers for my bike coming... Shearer had fun organising them but they look great!
