I'm not sure how to videos on here, but i can tell you it sounds sweet i shortend the muffler about 40mm and repacked the packing in there and used some goo to seal it up good.
Wanting to get afew mini bikes down to the beach to race on the 12th of october. Some mates are talking about going down to try and get mini bikes out there so we can ride at more spots. So let us know if your keen to race it will be a good day to stuff around on the bikes.

I found no rubber in the bottom of the gear box only some teeth off the gear and metal shavings. I've got to flush out the motor out yet before i put another clutch in. Thinking about putting my old 4 plate clutch back in if the clutch packings swap over from the 5 plate.
Just pulled the side cover off my 120 monster gear box because it was making a clunking noise the last ride i took it on. I got a after market 5 plate cluth basket in it and it is missing 2 teeth off the gear. Just wanting to know if it is a common thing with the clutches because the clutch...
If the 150 is out of the price range at least get a 140 barrel and piston kit and the cam and springs for the motor. Still will be around the $300 mark, i put the 140 in my bike not long ago and heaps more grunt than my 138 (127) kit.
The only thing a have seen go wrong with the ducar 125 is the rubber dampering on the back of the clutch basket getting chewed out and rubber chocking up the oil gallerys..
