Hey I checked in my garage and I threw that cylinder away sorry man. It large chunk was broken off at the base anyway so I don't think it was salvageable.
The 190 is back in. My flywheel and magneto/pickup unit is shot so I am again sitting on my ass watching this race weekend.

Here is a vid I took today starting up my Piranha pit bike with the new 190 stroker kit installed. I blew up my 150 recently (piston, cylinder sleeve, and valves).
I put in the 190 and drove it around some. Seems to be running great but shifting down into neutral 1st and second gear going...

Yes I did line up the timing marks.
My procedure was put the flywheel mark on the dot on the case.
Then put the sprocket on with the lines where they are showing horizontal... is this right?

Do you know what the torque procedure is? I found a threat that said I should only be putting 15ft/pounds on the 4 nuts on the head... so the majority of the torque would be on the two allen bolts?
