    PSTO TL160 build up

Hows the psto going? Are you liking it? I just picked up a T140 with the red frame and no linkage, tho the frame has linkage mounts and seems identical to the TL160. I might put some money into it and turn it into something decent.

[PICS] Need Some Help Please Fellas!!! [PICS]

DO what masterspoon said, however there is a circlip under the dust seal which you have to remove to seperate the upper outer tube from the lower. After the top cap and circlip is removed, the tubes can be seperated by slide hammering them apart. Put the lower in a vise and pull sharply on the...

pit pro 125cc vs leixy-s 125cc vs atomik rs

I got my RS for 650 off of ebay. They are a decent bike but they need a bit of work to make them perform.

    Big-bore 4stroke Vs Big-bore 2stroke.

I think you just answered your own question there, both the XR650 and CRF450 were brand new models for honda back in the early 2000's. What do you think they are going to try harder to sell, the CR500 which has been largely unchanged since the early 90's, or their 2 brand new bikes with millions...

how to change fork oil in atomick 140 big foot

I put 20wt in my atomik which is good for jumps, but I think a 10 or 15wt would be better for general riding. Just hold the fork upside down and pump the rod up and down, you'll figure it out. keep going until nothing comes out of the fork.

how to change fork oil in atomick 140 big foot

You have to pump the damper rod (it will be attached to the underside of the top cap) up and down to get all of the oil out, otherwise you will just change what is in the outer chamber and not what is in the damper, which will mix with the new oil when you ride it.

    DHZ140 now with headlight

You hooked it straight up to the stator? Without a reg? I would have thought it would blow as soon as you revved the bike...

    Lifan 138cc install

It is completly normal for the engine to still turn over with the clutch disengaged. The clutch plates will stick together to a certain degree, which wont happen with the engine running.

Hit (KILL SWITCH) at full speed

Just for your information as this is the method to use when doing a proper WOT plug chop. What you have done is just read the overall running condition of your engine, which sounds to be just about right from what you have said.

    BSE Atomik RS125

Replace the stock handle bars ASAP, They will snap clean off after a couple of spills. They broke while my brother was literally just riding along and would have caused a nasty crash if it happened while jumping. I replaced the fork oil with 150ml of 20wt in each leg which has made the forks...

Hit (KILL SWITCH) at full speed

You need to look at the width of the carbon ring of the insulator buried deep down inside the plug. You can use a magnifing glass or chop the threaded portion of the plug off to view it. You need to use a new plug when you do it and be in the rev range you want to test.

    Ducars faster than Lifans?

Sure you can, and considering Ive swapped eveything bar the exhaust I think its a fair comparison.

    Ducars faster than Lifans?

Ive been riding for almost 10 years now on a lot of different bikes. Yes the ducar is geared lower but if you compare the lifans 1st gear to the ducars 2nd there is still no comparrison, the ducar feels a lot torquier. I did do a compression test on the lifan and got 80psi so thats probably the...

    Ducars faster than Lifans?

Are ducars always more powerful than lifans? A mate has a ducar motor in his orion 21 while my RS125 has the gray lifan, and even after rejetting mine, modifiying the exhaust, swapping carbs, coils, CDI's etc between bikes, the ducar puts out more power than the lifan. Have I just got a dud...
