CRF50 clone, help needed to get it running !

well yeah it will move a little, then the valve spring will stop it.
but why are you worried on how it moves when it is not even together ?

you should be more worried about how it is when it is back together and how it's all aligned when you adjust the clearances.

Its back together, I want to make sure that timing is not the issue. Everything seems okay, but it still does not run idk why

so how many turns out is your mixture screw then ?
and is the slide in the carby sitting a mm or 2 off the bottom of the carby bore ?

2 half (180 degree) turns. It is just sitting a tiny bit off the bore

try adjusting the idle speed screw in a touch more so the slide sits 2mm off the bottom of the carby bore
and the mixture screw turned out another half a turn, so 1.5 turns out

can you post a pic up of your carby and manifold too ?
