He guys,

I finally bought a Keihin PE28 to go on my 155z with a V2 head and big bore kit.

I've had no luck with the OKO 26mm and OKO 30mm, so here's hoping.

My main question is what jetting should I go for?

I've seen plenty about jetting for the 190 anima, but then again that has 22cc over my bike!!

I have currently got a 125 main jet, but no pilot. Do you guys have any recommendations or experience with a robust setup for this engine?

I appreciate the help as always!!!

I'd get a #38, #40, #42, and a #45 Pilot
And main's a #118 #120, and a #122

Does your PE run a hex main jet or round ?
I have all of the above spare (hex main jet's) minus the #38 pilot

I reckon:

Pilot: 40
Main: 118 maybe 116
2nd clip on the needle

My 184 motor had a 120 so just a little less for you I reckon would be perfect.

the genuine japan keihin PE 28 carby all run hex style

Cheers for all the feedback guys!

Looks like plug and play till I get it right!

Went with jets #125 main and #40 pilot. Gave her a start and it started and ran better than ever before!! No flat spot throughout the entire rev range. Bike just breathes so much better now with the new carb and bigger exhaust. Cheers for the guys!!

Sound's good, did you play around with any of the other jet's ?
You'll just need to give it a decent run and do a plug chop too.

Yeah still to take it out and do a full test. I'll take the other jets and have a play but feeling a lot more confident with this setup already :)
