    dude im with the guys telling u to put it bak on. I wouldnt ride my 525sx without a radiator. But anyway, if u want to experiment (we al do at tyms) atleast run an oil line instead of plugging up the holes...u need to keep the oil flowing...keep us updated

    Running In An Engine

    make sure the engine in warm before you even ride it (let it idle for bout a minute at least). while your waiting have a close listen to it. Then ride it, u wanna get a lil speed up to keep the engine kool but dont overrev it. Treat it kindly for at LEAST 20 minutes. then change the oil. start...

    ive got a good quality one fitted to my bros jr50, it reads up to 99.99km/h, (thats wat the brochure says anywayz, ive neva had it there lol) . Garage is right though, they are accurate once u calculate ur wheel circumference correctly but do jump from 60-80 etc. If u jus wanna get ur top speed...

    Premium V's Regular Fuel

    hi all, i use premium fuel and nulon ocatane booster in my bike, dads and lil bro's (rm125, 525sx, jr50) . Mainly because the fuel up here in fnq is crap. It keeps the engines clean (stops carbon buildup). Its also worth considering usin a mini fuel filter on any bike. I use the lil stone...

    i have the same prob with my jr50 wen i richen the air/fuel mixture....by richening the mixture ur bike will do more revs but as soon as u bak off it will flood. This can be fixed by using a larger main jet and leaving ur mixture screw standard. the bike will go better in the top end (max speed)...

    if its only sputtering wen hot it could be the air/fuel mixture... Make SURE the bike isnt running lean, if it is the engine will crap itself after sooon.

    you should buy a new plug every now n then anywayz but dont expect a big power increase. U may get a bit better throttle response but thats about it mate.

    man are u feeling alrite??? 500cc 2 banger in a thumpstar... no.. buy an mx125 or 250 fourstroke, u'll live longer... ive got a 125 and its awsum on hills cause its light. good luck with ya purchase mate.

    problem with 2 day old 125

    hey mate, dont worry bout it, even big mx bikes do that, there's gotta be a certain amount of load on the clutch so it doesnt slip or rev to the heavens before it engages. And like you said its not spinning to fast so shouldnt be a problem.
