also, have you tried opening the fuel bowl drain screw, to check that there is fuel in the carby?

i have tried that yesterday and used starting fluid and it didnt kick over

i give up. what do
you think Bout a motor swap

find some 1/8" clear hose, about 8" long, that fits snugly on the fuel bowl drain barb and slip it on.
then hold the other end up past the top of the carby.
now open the fuel bowl drain screw.
the fuel will flow out into the tubing, and it will level out at the same height where the float is sitting inside the carby.
look at the fuel in the the, measure where the fuel level is at, from the base of the carby/top of the fuel bowl.

it is only something simple holding it back from starting !

I know it's something small that's a stupid fix but I don't know what it is! And I don't quite get what you mean

Here's some random pictures anything look weird too you? Just checking random things.. And sorry to be a pain I just can't wait to ride this thing lol

Coil and carb floats look good ?

yeah coil wiring looks ok, black w/yellow stripe to the positive terminal and green to earth.

except you mixture screw look to be turned in a lot more than 2 turns out ?

when you look down into the pilot jet, can you see light though it ?
there is a tiny hole that goes through into the bore of the carby,

remove the pilot jet, then pull the top off the carby, and take the slide out,
look down the slides' hole, you should be able to see the pin hole on the manifold side of where the slide sits,
this should be see through to where the pilot jet screws into underneath
also while the pilot is out, check you can see through it, and the smaller side holes on the other end

sorry i was a bit slow with the pics, couldn't find any fuel hose, i stole it off my whipper snipper, lol

this is what i mean to check the fuel level when the carby is installed-

heres some more pictures for yeah..

for some reason i don't think the coil is correct.. the bolt in the back is just holding it in place and then for the front i have a bolt with the green wire too it, is that correct?

Took apart the carb and sprayed everything down with carb cleaner and cleaned all jets and can see right through them as well has turning in the mixture screw all the way in and then 2 turns out.

Just random pictures too make sure everything is good and not messing anything up

the new coil just has a different mounting set up on it, instead of 1 mounting bolt it uses 2.
the way you have it mounted by 1 bolt is fine,
but i would undo the front mount, smear a little grease where the coil meets the bare metal on the frame,
just to stop that bare metal from rusting later.

i can see why it wont start, yey !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

give me a bit, i will post up how to fix it in about 10 mins, just need to get some referance links for you.

in you post #130, the 3rd picture down,
you currently have the pickup wire hooked up to the white wire, which is the reason it wont start.
i'm guessing at some stage, the motor may have had the stator replaced ? or the motor has been swapped with another ?

see the wire here that is labelled pickup ?
this need to be connected to the blue wire that comes from the stator

let me guess, the bike hasn't run since the new stator, or new motor was fitted ?

swap the white wire and blue wires over, where the stator loom joins the bikes' loom

i hope we figured this out! hopefully i have to look at this diagram and look at the bike because its quite confusing lol but this is the original motor and the original stator...

i dont have a yellow or blue wire to color match it the other side.. all i have is these 3 that are connected is the issue i think having these 2 wires just sitting there is an issue

i have the blue and yellow coming the stator but i have no wires off the main wire harness to plug those into

ok, thats very wierd then ?

can you set your multimeter to 200 Ohms, and put one lead to the white wire from the stator , and the other lead to the green from the stator.
and tell me the reading you get ?

The wires are not color coded because the chinese have shocking quality control. unplug the white wire and plug the male side of the white into the blue female connector that is coming from the stator.

Im pretty sure that's what my67xr means.
