Hi,
Any you guys know on a coil wether the green or Black are postive. As I have a postie usually they only have one postive and the coil earths threw the frame. Also am putting an yx 140cc in my postie and just wondering wether you guys suggest putting in that lightened stator uit kit.
It is the one with the red CDi box
Really small flywheel
and gold Backing??

Any anwsers would really help!
Thanks Guys

Green is earth.

Here is a diagram:

The stator your talking about is called an inner rotor kit. It will let the engine spin up faster. Probably not really needed on your postie. Maybe look at a lifan 150 outer rotor kit if anything.

no it has no lighting coil , its called a inner rotor kit or irk , the other with a bit larger flywheel is a outer rotor kit or ork , the next sized flywheel , is a stock typ

the irk has no lighting coil , the ork does but imo its rubbish , and the stock kit has lighting coil and works like a charm

best off luck

all green wires go to earth.
and yeah like snitchy said,
if you are planing on running lights then an irk doesnt have tht ability.
i suggest you run a lifan 150 outer rotor kit if your looking for an upgrade..
